Advantage SCI employees champion many causes with a desire to positively  impact humanity. This month we are featuring Sonja, a three-year Advantage SCI team member. Through hard work, Sonja has earned advanced degrees and certifications that are an asset to not only to Advantage SCI but to women she mentors. When Sonja is not at Advantage SCI, she volunteers at “Living Vicky,” a nationwide nonprofit guiding women on their journey to building fulfilling sustainable careers. Sonja shares that she is a “maximizer” who feels our country has given her so much by embracing her as a U.S. Citizen and making her dream of having a career a reality. She gives back by sharing professional knowledge gained in her career. She encourages mentees to try out new things to see what works best for them and to embrace mentoring help provided.
