Elsa Lee, Advantage SCI CEO and a counterterrorism expert, was selected to provide subject matter expertise to the University of Southern California’s (USC) Center for Risk and Economic Analysis of Terrorism Events (CREATE) Team. USC was the first of several universities selected by the Department of Homeland Security to receive funding for research and development of Homeland Security solutions.
