Contract Program Security Officer – Quantico, VA
POSITION CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD: Contract Program Security Officer w/ Top Secret/SCI, w/ current CI Scope Polygraph and US citizen w/ knowledge of the Special Access Program policies and procedures in order to support the Chief of Security in Special Access Programs (SAP). Developing, maintaining SAP policies/ procedures; overseeing/ providing recommendations during construction/ modification of Special Access Program Facilities (SAP-F’s); preparing Fixed Facility Checklists; tracking indoctrinations, travel briefings/ debriefings; preparing, submitting, tracking SAP nominations; conducting random/ self-inspections, maintaining database of employees indoctrinated into SAPs. POSITIONS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD: Two (2) Secretary V to support a separate customer Committee Office, responsible for producing formal finished intelligence products, including monitoring, coordinating, and shepherding multiple products from inception through final dissemination; supporting the Committee Chair, including working on community sessions, meetings and briefings; preparing briefing materials; assisting in review and technical editing of Committee products; advising the Chair on issues of interagency relations, organization, and substance. Two Mid-Level Project Officers – D.C. Metro Area
POSITIONS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD: Two (2) Mid-level Project Officers will be responsible for assisting with development and implementation of multiple Intelligence Community (IC) integration projects, monitoring execution, and assessing performance; aligning projects with Unifying Intelligence Strategies against intelligence gaps identified therein; working with the IC to coordinate working-level administrative and logistical integration between and amongst IC Strategy Boards and analytic and collection enterprise; preparing status updates for IC senior management and White House and Congressional overseers. TSCM Specialist – D.C. Metro area
ONGOING POSITIONS Available: Experienced (at least 1-3 years) TSCM Specialist with ACTIVE Top Secret/ SCI clearance and US citizen. Responsibilities to include: detecting presence of technical surveillance devices and hazards; identifying technical security weaknesses; and conducting vulnerability assessments. Assist with full scope and limited TSCM Investigations; provide Technical Threat Briefings/ prepare products, analytics and reports for TSCM Personnel; maintain Metrics of TSCM activities and compose detailed reports in English for HQ; conduct any or all of these duties atop of buildings, aerial platforms, or slanted rooftops, in variety of temperature and humidity extreme situations including dirt, dust, mold, algae, contaminated water, insects, arthropods, fish, mammals, and other natural and man-made hazards while wearing appropriate safety equipment, while atop a ladder to heights not to exceed 30'. Digital Forensics Analyst – D.C. Metro Area
POSITION CONTINGENT ON AWARD OF CONTRACT. A Digital Forensic Analyst well-versed in high technology investigations in the form of digital evidence seizure, computer forensic analysis, data recovery by developing forensically sound evidence, industry-accepted forensics tools, such as EnCase and FTK. Be source of reference for junior analysts and leading forensic investigations in the field; make recommendations for judicial proceedings and presentation of reports from investigations in courtroom; prepare comprehensive reports. Must be US Citizen, with ACTIVE Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI clearance. Certifications in CFCE, EnCE, ACE, and CDFE; Bachelor’s in related computer field and five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience, or equivalent combination. Experience working in federal government. Minimum of one (1) year Supervisory experience. Some travel may be required.
Computer Forensic Technicians – D.C. Metro Area
SEVERAL POSITIONS CONTINGENT ON AWARD OF CONTRACT. Computer Forensic Technicians (I, II, III, IV) to provide support services by maintaining/overseeing computer network server/infrastructure, workstations, forensic tool hardware/software, applying criminal rules of evidence preservation and custodianship, performing analyst support (hardware, forensic software, operating system and other), performing general administrative functions, working computer forensics knowledge to thoroughly examine computers, digital media for relevant evidence artifacts, in support of customer's criminal investigations. Must be a US citizen with Secret level clearance, and ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI clearance. Certifications in forensic, computer, network, or evidence/property management and two (2) to eight (8) years of experience depending on the level of technician. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combinations.
Forensics Computer Analyst – D.C. Metro Area
POSITION CONTINGENT ON AWARD OF CONTRACT. Provide digital forensics support to investigations of digital evidence seizure, digital forensics analysis, and data recovery by assisting in forensic examination of digital and media from many sources to develop forensically sound evidence and applying industry-accepted principals and practices, using EnCase and FTK, in retrieving, recovering, preserving digital evidence. Conduct analysis of evidence with computer technologies, encryption schemes, and forensic theories. Collaborate with other analysts, law enforcement officers, legal experts to recommend processes to preserve evidence. Prepare comprehensive reports for judicial proceedings. Must be US citizen with ACTIVE Secret clearance. Forensic, computer, network, or evidence/property management certifications, such as CFCE, EnCE, ACE, and CDFE and experience working in the federal government.

Budget Liaison Officer to provide support services to customer managing/tracking project budget with responsibilities for justifying expenses.
